Before I jointly set up R&G Global Consultant (Greater China) Ltd with Aart Willem de Wolf  & Christian Mertz, I have done 15 years of Consulting work in China, focused mainly in the Quality & Process Improvement work for Multinational client such as IKEA & Chinese Manufacturers in various industry such as Textile, Injection Molding, Stainless Steel products. Bedding products and Consumer Electrical Products such as Electrolux. As such I have had very hands on experience in leading, coaching, and training project teams in Kaizen activities using Lean Six Sigma approach and helping manufacturer to implement Lean Production & Cost Reduction.

As a Mastery Practitioner in NLP, I also acquired unique technique in energizing Leaders/Managers & Supervisors using NLP to open up subconscious mind capability & developing stronger Process Improvement Teams. I always enjoyed my coaching & consulting work especially when I witnessed behavior changes & transformation of individuals into Leaders. Coach, who become stronger Value Add Supporters to team members after a short period of training & NLP coaching.
