Origins

R&G was established in 2004 by former General Electric Lean Six Sigma architect Piet van Abeelen, one of the executives responsible for the strategic development, deployment and management of Lean Six Sigma within GE. This global initiative is widely acclaimed as one of the most successful transformational implementations of Business Process Excellence ever achieved. A unique undertaking which involved rallying 13 core businesses and 100,000 professionals around a common methodology, a common language and a common set of values to deliver breakthrough change and business results, it was largely responsible for GE increasing its operating margin from 10% to 16% in a 5-year period.

Today, R&G Consultants leverages that Lean Six Sigma and Change Management know-how, and combines it with profound data-driven approaches to get under the skin of organisations and their leadership. This potent mix of expertise what makes our approach practical, applied and tangible.
