Prior to joining R&G, I developed 20 years industry experience at Bombardier Aerospace and Bombardier Transportation. I had the chance to work in a broad range of positions, mostly in Operations and supply chain, but also in Finance and Sales.
Improving the business lies in my DNA. What motivates me the most, is to develop key players and identify the critical levers to then lead the change and achieve a measurable and significant improvement in customer satisfaction and business performance.
At R&G, we have achieved our goal when the customer has changed his old way of thinking, works and acts differently, taking decisions based on data to achieve better business results.
