Prior to joining R&G, I worked for over 24 years in several businesses of General Electric where I held various operational leadership positions in manufacturing, supply chain, sales and general management. In those roles I have always applied structural improvement toolkits like Lean, Cap and Six Sigma. Over the years, experience has taught me that people are the most valuable assets of a company and the potential to improve is always based on the commitment and quality of the team members.
